Still monitoring and not a single change in my service, waiting on customer service to get back to me but as usual its taken more than a week for someone to get back to me and i have no credit on my phone at the moment to withstand a 40-60 minute phone call because i currently do not own a pstn telephone.
well after asking to move ISP due to plus.net not being able to offer any speed increase as you all can see by the stats and being told to wait for openreach to call and tell me everything was fine, i have now been told that i am too late to move ISP because the 14 days have passed.
For the record my internet was activated on the 30th Sept and after spending an hour on the phone being told everything was fine my speed suddenly jumped to 39 meg download and 5 meg upload.
over the next 14 days i asked to be relieved of all charges if i leave plus.net to which all i got was sorry you are passed the 14 day cut off period. i had been asking to move back to BT who were a lot better at customer service and support.
I have now been told that if i move down to the 40/2 service i will lose all my benefits of moving to them. this is fucking wrong. i was trying to leave them since the 2nd day of service and was pushed from support person to support person until they had me in their grasp and i was stuck.
i believe i have registered my complaints fully and fairly, i am not getting what i was originally offered and i will be waiting for the first price increase or see what ofcom says about this.
they can lower my subscription to 55/10 and lower my prices and give me the same joining benefits i would of got earlier if i had gone for the 40 meg and pay me the £50.00 sign up fee i was talked out of getting because i could get 80/20 well i was told between 64 and 80.
i am currently paying for 4 pints of milk and getting 2 on downloads and only 1/4 upload speed and the teabags in customer servive are total idiots.

they are owned by BT and BT hates them and plus.net will do their utmost to stall you until you are locked into your contract by telling lies and slowing down any fixes and repairs.
starting to feel screwed over due to minus.net and not hearing anything has ever been fixed is a total ballache.
MY CURRENT REVIEW FOR PLUS.NET IS STAY AWAY AND IF YOU HAVE TO, USE TALK TALK IF YOU WANT A BETTER SERVICE.
just remember this. If you go into sainsburys and buy 4 pints of milk you get 4 pints, go to plus (minus) .net and you get 2 pints of what you bought on the download and only 1 pint on the upload. its about time we told these mickey mouse ISP`s to fix what they sell.
not worth adding much more to this at the moment as theres nothig to tell.
openreach called and changed faceplate and checked wiring, he says my line is clear and that i should be getting a lot more speed than i am getting and maybe there is a misconfiguration at plus.net because it looks like i am only on 40/10 not 80/20
good news is that i am now happy that my internal wiring is fixed and working to best of its ability and other people on the street on the same cabinet are getting over 70/15 therefore i am now chasing a plus.net screw up.
